Document Objectives

The Catalyst 1200 Installation and Configuration Guide is designed to help you install, configure, and manage the Catalyst 1200 switch. It also covers selected maintenance procedures.

Audience

This publication is designed for installers who are familiar with electronic circuitry and wiring practices and have experience as electronic or electromechanical technicians. Users of this guide might also include network administrators and anyone interested in or responsible for setting up and maintaining Catalyst 1200 switches.
