You can manually transfer configuration and image files from Cisco Access Manager to Cisco UGM by completing these tasks:
Cisco UGM 2.0 runs on Cisco Element Management Framework 3.2 and stores its data in an object-oriented database, whereas Cisco Access Manager does not run on the Cisco Element Management Framework and stores its data in an Oracle database. Migrating files between these two systems is done manually.
Step 2 Copy the configuration and image files to this temporary directory.
Server Configuration > Setup > Uninstall CAM Client
The Uninstall the CAM Client dialog box appears with a link to download the uninstall program for both Windows and UNIX.
Step 2 Follow the instructions in the Uninstall the CAM Client dialog box.
Cisco EMF and Cisco UGM software installation is described in detail in "Installing and Uninstalling the Software."
