The Campus maintenance kit provides updates to applications.
Depending on which of the Campus Bundle applications you have previously installed, you can use different upgrade paths when installing the products in the bundle. If you are planning to install one of the Campus Bundle applications for the first time as part of this maintenance bundle, read the requirements for that component system carefully. If you are installing a previously uninstalled application, we recommend that you use the CD-ROM in this kit.

This section highlights the major updates available for each of the components of the LMS maintenance kit. See the accompanying Release Notes for more detailed information.
The following applications are now all supported on HP-UX 11.0.
CiscoView 5.2 provides increased performance and device support for the Catalyst 4908G-L3, Catalyst 4804G-L3, Catalyst 2948G-L3, Cisco VPN Concentrator, Cisco Metro 1500, Cisco 7000, Catalyst 6000, Catalyst 5500, Catalyst 5000, Catalyst 2900 series of devices with user security support for Cisco WAN Manager (release 10.4).
Resource Manager Essentials 3.2 (Essentials) includes new VPN and Voice Management support. You can select VPN tasks from the desktop to provide configuration, inventory, and syslog analysis functions. Essentials also has added support for Cisco Call Managers, VPN Concentrator 3000 (VPN C3000), and PIX configuration and syslog analysis.
The Campus Manager Voice Update allows you to discover or display Cisco CallManagers in Topology Services, track IP phones in User Tracking, and perform voice or data traces among Cisco CallManagers and IP phones.

TrafficDirector now supports the Catalyst 6000 Network Analysis Module and the Catalyst 6509.

Caution You must install CD One before installing any other applications. While it is strongly recommended that you follow the order of installation described in this section, you can install the applications in any order. However, you must have Campus Manager 3.0 already installed before you install Campus Manager Voice Patch. |
