Hardware and Software Compatibility Matrix

This document lists the hardware and software supported by the following hardware platforms:

Catalyst 8540 and 8510 multiservice ATM switch routers (MSRs)

Catalyst 8540 and 8510 campus switch routers (CSRs)

LightStream 1010 ATM switch


Note All port adapters and interface modules are supported on the Catalyst 5500 except for the ATM router module.


Table 1 lists the hardware and the minimum software and FPGA image requirements supported on the Catalyst 8500 and LightStream 1010 platforms. The minimum software and FPGA versions can be upgraded to the latest version.
