Important Notes
This section contains information on Support for a Corporate Directory.
Support for a Corporate Directory
You can integrate the Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7936 with a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol 3 (LDAP3) enterprise directory, such as the default Cisco Unified CallManager Corporate Directory, so users can access co-worker's contact information directly from the Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7936.
If you use a custom enterprise directory, you must use the same XML format, script flow, HTML method and action that the default Cisco Unified CallManager Corporate Directory uses. The Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7936 does not support all the XML tags, URLs, and action tags that are listed in the Cisco IP Phone Services Software Developer Kit (SDK).
