This appendix lists the features supported in earlier releases of the Cisco protocol translator software that are not supported by Software Release 9.21. If you need any of the features for your networking environment, please contact your sales representative about obtaining earlier versions of the router software.
The IP IEN-116 namer server system is no longer supported.
The HDH protocol (also known as the HDLC Distant Host, or 1822-J, protocol) is no longer supported.This is a protocol similar to X.25 that is used for attaching to the Defense Data Network.
