This preface describes who should read Using QoS Policy Manager, and its document conventions.
Cisco documentation and additional literature are available in a CD-ROM package, which ships with your product. The Documentation CD-ROM, a member of the Cisco Connection Family, is updated monthly. To use QoS Policy Manager, you should have a basic understanding of network management and the configuration of your network. You should know how to use the Windows interface.
QoS Policy Manager's online help system provides task-oriented help, and context-sensitive online help that is available from every window that contains a Help button.
The help system includes an index and is organized the same way as the QoS Policy Manager documentation set so that you need only once learn where to find a specific piece of information.
You can access help information in any of these ways:
From Acrobat, you can search the entire manual, print the entire manual or selected pages, or read the manual online. Click the Bookmarks and Page button to view a table of contents for the document in the left-hand margin. These bookmarks provide an easy way to navigate through the document.
