There were no known problems at the time this document was created.

Informational Notes

If Cisco TelePresence Readiness Assessment Manager is idle for a few hours, it prompts you to enter a username and password when you start to use it again. After you enter credentials, a "HTTP Status 404 - /ram/LiaisonServlet" error appears. Close the window and start Cisco TelePresence Readiness Assessment Manager again.

A device is unsupported if it fails during inventory. The role for such a device is blank in the device classification table (select Inventory > Device Classification.)


Note A device also fails during inventory if it is unreachable and is likewise displayed with a blank role in the device classification table.


Documentation Errata

The Documentation Guide for Cisco TelePresence Readiness Assessment Manager 1.0 contains a URL location for a device support table. A device support table is not needed because Cisco TelePresence Readiness Assessment Manager creates a device inventory report that lists any unsupported devices.
