If your system uses SCCP video endpoints such as Cisco VT Advantage, the following conditions apply:

To view the continuous presence of multiple participants, the Cisco IPVC MCU requires an EMP processor running Release 2.0 or a later release.

Additional information about Cisco MeetingPlace Video Integration:

Cisco MeetingPlace Video Integration supports standards-based H.323 deployments. Our internal testing environment has been focused exclusively on Cisco equipment.

The prompts that end users hear when they attend meetings are by default different for the Cisco IPVC MCU and for Cisco MeetingPlace. To obtain prompts for the Cisco IPVC MCU (Release 3.5.24 or later) that use the same voice as the Cisco MeetingPlace prompts, visit the software download area on Cisco.com at: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ipvc. The file name is IPVC-MCU-Voice-Prompts.zip. You will need your CCO username and password to access this site.

This download contains:

The new prompts that use the same voice as Cisco MeetingPlace prompts.

The original prompts in case you want to revert to the originals.

The utility you will need in order to upload the prompts to the Cisco IPVC MCU.

Instructions on how to use the upload utility.

Caveats

Open and resolved caveats are no longer listed in the release notes. Instead, the latest information on caveats is available through a a new online tool, Bug Toolkit, available for customers to query defects according to their own needs.

To find new features or enhancements that have been added to a release, or to read about caveat fixes from previous releases, run a query whenever a new Cisco MeetingPlace release is distributed.
