On ConvexOS, version 1 of the
fair share scheduler allows resource allocations
to be fine-tuned for each user. If this SHARE_V1 compile-time macro
is defined, sendmail will perform final delivery
using the recipient's resource limitations.
In general, this SHARE_V1 compile-time macro is correctly defined for
systems that can use it, and not defined for others. You should need
to define it only when porting sendmail to a
completely new architecture.
If you are running a precompiled sendmail
binary, you can use the -d0.10 debugging switch
(-d0.1) to determine if SHARE_V1 is defined
(if it appears in the list, support is included). New ports should be
reported to sendmail@sendmail.org so that they
can be folded into future releases.
