where Sybase puts its entire documentation set online with an easy to
navigate and easy to search interface. This sometimes comes in handy
not just for Sybase/MS-SQL related questions, but for general SQL
questions as well.

the home page of Michael Peppler (author of
SybPerl and DBD::Sybase).
Contains some useful information not just on Sybase, but also on SQL
and database programming in general.
