The new -A command-line switch specifies whether
the sendmail.cf or
submit.cf file should be used (V8.12 and later).

The restrictexpand keyword for the
PrivacyOptions option causes
sendmail to drop special privileges when the
-bv switch is specified by a user who is neither

The -G command-line switch indicates to
sendmail that a message being submitted from the
command line is for relaying and is not an initial submission (V8.10
and later).

The -L command-line switch allows you to change
the name used by sendmail when it logs with
syslog (V8.10 and later).

As of V8.10, the default for the MeToo option is
set to true. As of V8.12 sendmail, the
-m command-line switch is deprecated.
