You can make your own CDs by burning files onto a blank disc using the CD writer drive of your computer.

Use the Brasero Disc Burning software to create data, audio and video CDs, copy CDs and DVDs and create CDs from disc image files. Click Applications → Sound & Video → Brasero Disc Burning to start Brasero.
