Network Manager provides tools which allow you to configure a modem connection.

You will need to know the following information: ISP Phone Number; Username; Password; Domain Name Server (DNS) addresses. |

Press and type your password to unlock the settings

Select the Connections tab.

Select Modem connection or Point to point connection and press .

Ensure that Enable this connection is unchecked and enter appropriate information on each of the three tabs.

Click OK to save the information you just entered

Select the DNS tab.

Click Add and enter the DNS address given to you by your ISP.

Click Close.
