ircg_notice — Send a notice to a user on server

bool ircg_notice ( resource $connection , string $nick , string $message )

This function will send the message text to the user nick on the server connected to by connection . IRC servers and other software will not automatically generate replies to NOTICEs in contrast to other message types.

connection: A connection resource handle returned by ircg_pconnect().
nick: The destination user.
message: The message contents.

Возвращает TRUE в случае успешного завершения или FALSE в случае возникновения ошибки.
