DomDocument->create_attribute — Create new attribute
This function returns a new instance of class DomAttribute. The name of the attribute is the value of the first parameter. The value of the attribute is the value of the second parameter. Этот узел не будет отображаться в документе до тех пор, пока он не будет вставлен, к примеру функцией domnode_append_child().
The return value is FALSE if an error occurred.
