DOMProcessingInstruction createProcessingInstruction ( string $target [, string $data ] )

This function creates a new instance of class DOMProcessingInstruction. Этот узел не будет отображаться в документе до тех пор, пока он не будет вставлен, к пример функцией DOMNode->appendChild().

target: The target of the processing instruction.
data: The content of the processing instruction.

The new DOMProcessingInstruction or FALSE if an error occured.
