gss_create_empty_oid_set() — create a new, empty OID set, to which members can be added

SYNOPSIS

#include <gssapi.h>

OM_uint32 gss_create_empty_oid_set (

OM_uint32 *minor_status, gss_OID_set *OID_set);

DESCRIPTION

The gss_create_empty_oid_set() routine creates a new, empty OID set to which the context initiator can add members. Use the gss_add_oid_set_member() routine to add members to the OID set. These routines are intended to be used to construct sets of mechanism object identifiers, for input to gss_acquire_cred() routine.

Input Parameters

OID_set

Specifies the OID set you want to create.

Output Parameters

minor_status

Returns a status code from the security mechanism.

STATUS CODES

The following status codes can be returned:

GSS_S_COMPLETE

The routine was completed successfully.

GSS_S_FAILURE

The routine failed. Check the minor_status parameter for details.
