SNMP is a very rich protocol, and it is capable of providing detailed infor-
mation. Because SNMP is not the focus of this book, we don't spend much
time explaining its intricacies.
In summary, Resource Manager Essentials provides the following functions.
It does all of this via SNMP, with some help from other protocols, such as TFTP
for file transfer, even though the command is issued via SNMP.
