Advantage: There is no DLSw+ processing on the CIP router.
Disadvantage: There are two routers to maintain at the central site.
Answer to Scenario 3
Configuring the central site router as promiscuous meets the requirement. The reason is that by
being promiscuous, the border router accepts connections from any remote peer. This
eliminates the need to place manual configuration commands on the border router pointing to
the remote peers.
