You can delete the startup-config file by using the erase startup-

Lab A.4: Setting the Passwords
T
here are five passwords used to secure your Cisco routers. The first
two passwords discussed are used to set your enable password, which is used
to secure privileged mode. This will prompt a user for a password when the
enable
command is used. The other three are used to configure a password
when user mode is accessed either through the console port, the auxiliary
port, or Telnet.

Set the two enable passwords on your router. You set the enable pass-
words from global configuration mode.
Router(config)#enable secret todd
Router(config)#enable password cisco
